The following requirements must be met and maintained in order to qualify for one of the following listings. Any company wishing to obtain a listing should email a request to sales@bocasystems.com.

BOCA AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTERS

All companies interested in maintaining and/or obtaining an internet listing as an authorized BOCA service partner must comply with the following conditions:

• Maintain a record of prompt, quality service on our equipment.

• Maintain a staff of qualified service technicians. (It is expected that at least one technician is trained at our facility.)

• Provide free warranty service to all BOCA customers in your territory. BOCA will replenish all parts used in conjunction with warranty service at no charge.

• Provide an internet cross-link to BOCA

BOCA DISTRIBUTORS

All companies interested in maintaining and/or obtaining an internet listing as an authorized BOCA distributor must comply with the following conditions:

• Maintain a record of prompt, quality service on our equipment.

• Maintain a staff of qualified service technicians. (It is expected that at least one technician is trained at our facility.)

• Provide free warranty service to all BOCA customers in your territory. BOCA will replenish all parts used in conjunction with warranty service at no charge.

• Respond promptly to all requests for quotation

• Actively promote BOCA ticket stock or refer ticket customers to BOCA

• Provide an internet cross-link to BOCA

BOCA APPROVED TICKETING SYSTEMS

All companies interested in maintaining and/or obtaining an internet listing as on the BOCA ticketing system page must comply with the following conditions:

• Actively promote BOCA printers to their customers as their preferred ticket printer

• Provide an internet cross-link to BOCA
