Printer Configuration
We want you to choose the best printer for your application. Printers
are available with (Mini series) or without (Micro series) cutter
mechanisms; with (Plus version) or without internal ticket storage; and
with or without (Sub and X series) control panels. Print resolutions
(200, 300 or 600 dpi) and interface types (serial, parallel, usb,
ethernet and bluetooth) can also be selected. We suggest reviewing the
exact printer configuration with your system integrator in order to
guarantee compatibility with your ticket system.

Printer Maintenance Plans
BOCA printers are among the most reliable printers made. However, we
recommend placing your printer on a maintenance plan in order to
minimize any disruptions to your ticketing operation. Maintenance plans
are available at a 50% discount for the first year. Additional
discounts are available for printers exclusively using BOCA ticket
stock.
