Ordering a BOCA Printer
Our printers are usually connected to a computer that generates tickets and/or labels through a software application. The developer of the software application (known as the system integrator) purchases directly from BOCA and acts as a printer distributor. If you are a systems integrator, please contact us (boca@bocasystems.com or 561-206-0107) with your printer inquiry. If you are an end user, please contact your system integrator for printer pricing. In certain cases, the system integrator has made arrangements for users to purchase printers directly from BOCA. Users of the following systems should contact BOCA directly for a quote:

Printer Maintenance Plans
BOCA printers are among the most reliable printers made. However, we recommend placing your printer on a maintenance plan in order to minimize any disruptions to your ticketing operation. Most of our annual Maintenance plans cost less than the price of a print head. Additional discounts are available for printers exclusively using BOCA ticket stock.
